My stay at Na Balam was a mixed bag. While the location was ideal right on Playa Norte and the pool area felt like a tropical paradise, the service could have been better. I had some issues with the noise levels from the street, especially during the night, which affected my comfort. The room was spacious and clean, but I expected a bit more in terms of amenities.
